Possible Exposure Communication

Health and Safety recommendations:
- Please self-monitor for 14 days from this exposure.
- Take your temperature twice a day, morning and evening, approx. 12 hours apart.
Notify your school if you have any of the following:
- Fever 100.4 F or higher
- Chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
- Headaches
- Fatigue
- Body aches
- Sore throat
- Nasal congestion or runny nose
- Loss of taste or smell
- GI symptoms; nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
You may continue to come to school, unless you develop the above symptoms. If you begin to experience symptoms, please contact your school prior to returning.
