What is the H.E.R.O. program?
We practice a school-wide proactive plan to increase a positive school experience and decrease discipline issues. We are focusing on four traits that define our focus throughout all areas of EVE. The traits are: honesty, effort, respect, and organization (H.E.R.O). Please take the opportunity to discuss what these traits may look like in your daily routine at home. Our goal is to build a climate of respect and consideration for others with the safety and welfare of our students as our key interest.
The mission of our H.E.R.O. program is to create a positive learning experience, by building respectful citizens through the use of behavioral lesson plans and clear expectations. A monitoring system will be used to establish action plans for continued improvement.
